Blanket weed is the bain of most pond keepers lives. It is unsightly and can smother pond plants.

Algizin P is a highly acclaimed algicide which kills blanket weed FAST.

Frequency of Treatment : If necessary Algizin P treatment may be repeated as follows :

Filtered Ponds : every 3 days
Aerated Ponds : every 4 days
Stagnant Ponds : every 5 days

Waterlife Bacterlife P

A pond specific bacteria culture to maintain
good water quality.

BacterLife P contains two groups of bacteria.

One group breaks down fish waste whilst the other digests sludge.

BacterLife P is ideal for:

Lowering ammonia and nitrite levels
Replenishing bacteria after filter maintenance
Revitalising filtration bacteria in Spring
Boosting the filter when adding new fish
Assisting the break down of algae after the use of algicides

Reduces pond pH and creates a stable environment
for pond fish and plants.

What causes high pH? – pH is the measure of acidity or alkalinity. Many factors influence the pH of your pond including tap water. If the pH of your pond is above 8.5, it is unsafe for your fish and you need Waterlife’s Lower pH.

Other causes of an increased pH include; exposure to untreated concrete or cement, pointing on paving slabs around the pond or old house bricks.

Waterlife Medizin P

Medizin P has all the disease treatment properties of the previous incarnation of Algizin P.

Medizin P treats a wide range of parasite infestations and infections such as White Spot, Velvet, Costia, Trichodina and Cryptobia, in addition to it's fungicidal properties.

Medizin P can also be used as a disease preventative, especially during Spring and Autumn when parasites and pathogens peak in numbers.

In common with all Waterlife pond treatments, Medizin P comes in attractive packaging with full instructions for use in different types of ponds, and comes complete with a handy measuring cup to make dosing as simple as possible.

Medizin P is safe with all pond fish and plants and will not damage filtration bacteria.

Fish can develop disease at any time, however, a disease outbreak is most likely to occur in Spring and then again in Autumn. Therefore the caring pond keeper will treat their pond with Medizin P and Sterazin P at these important times of the year

Before Use : Switch off uv's and remove carbon and/or ammonia removers. Resume after 72 hours

Waterlife PondSal

A blend of tonic salts for the health and well being of Koi, Goldfish, Orfe Rudd, etc.

PondSal increases the electrolyte levels in pond-water. PondSal is a one-dose product.

PondSal only needs to be added again after the initial dose, pro-rata when replacing water being lost through partial water changes i.e. not when topping up evaporation losses
